When I first seen this book I was intrigued! The cover is beautiful and I am a tired, yoga-loving mom! Fantastic read! Let’s face it, we are ALL tired mommas!  This seemed like the perfect book for me to read and I was not disappointed! She is relatable and she totally understands the life of being a mom.

I felt like I was have a friendly conversation with her, a legit “let me help you” conversation. It is like she is specifically talking to me; a tired, worn out, frustrated mom. The whole book is filled with great tips and tricks to help take back your life from the humdrum of a daily routine. Not only does this apply to mom’s, but it applies to anyone and everyone. Yoga is good for the soul, your mind and your body.

She walks you step by step through the book, teaching you how stress can negatively affect your life and what to do to combat those stresses and life in general. She shows you how to meditate and the benefits of doing so. It is uplifting and it made me want to jump right into a yoga session or start meditating while I was reading. Having 3 boys myself can be hectic, I enjoy yoga but I wasn’t using it to it’s full potential. I plan to implement the things she taught me into my daily practices.

I truly enjoyed this book! It has a lot of information and it is thoughtful, relatable information that we can all use in our daily lives. I recommend this book to everyone!!!!
